Because... humans are made naturally to breed just like any other animal. OBESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HEALTHY THEREFORE NOT IDEAL MATCHES TO BREED WITH. Therefore humans are not naturally attracted to overweight people because our animal instincts tell us to breed with the best of our species to produce the healthiest offspring.
I have when fat girls ask this question. Why would a guy like a girl that doesnt care enough about herself to take care of herself? Its not about vanity.. its about being healthy for yourself and your family.

It all depends on the guy. I Know guys who love fat women, and there are chubby chasers. As boys start to become men the natural looking woman becomes more ideal to them. I am in no way a skinny girl. I am healthy and slender/soft ( Slender does not mean skinny, i have meat on my bones) The boys chase me down the street until i threaten them with my boyfriend.
It also has less to do with looks than it is the aura you present. If you act confident and happy more guys will find you attractive from the inside and notice you more.

ok, so im assuming you think your fat. personally i dont belive in fat. if you eat right and treat your body right i belive that you are perfect just the way you are. that whole chubby chasers thing should not even be mentioned. thats mean and hurtful an dno one deserves to hear that. Men are often attracted to women with a little meat on thier bones. and actually this happens more often than not. ive heard from a ton of guys that a "twig" is just not appealing to them. just because no men are comming into your life right now, dont think it will never happen or its because of you or your wieght. give it time :]

In some regions men are attracted to heavy women. (pacific Islands for instance).
Mostly fat women are not very active. For me I like to get out and about with my girl and try different things so heavy women generally dont want to do this sort of stuff or just cant.

Women are not attracted to fat men either, ya know.
There's something very unappealing about people who don't care about their appearance, in a general way, and I think every not-fat person believes fat people can get thin if only they stop eating.
If you have a weight problem, you know it ain't that easy!

Some men *are* attracted to fat women. Every bigger girl I know has had plenty of boyfriends. A lot of men like bigger ladies but they don't admit because of peer pressure and whatever... But there are plenty of them out there.

I think alot as to do with the way people carry themselves, you can be a plus size girl and dress nicely and talk polite and guys will be interested.
A guy doesnt want someone with low self esteem, to much work in making them feel good all the time.
Been a big girl doesnt mean they have to dress like slobs.
Id be attracted to a big guy if i seen one that presented him self with tidiness, and confidence!

a lot of men only want skinny, women and ya know those men are missing out on some very beautiful women. it dont mater if they are over weight or fat alot of those women are such beautiful people inside and ahve good hearts, so these men who want only skinny women who will break their hearts are being stupid and missing out on real love that can last forver

i don't think that all men aren't attracted to fat women, there are many guys who aren't attracted to skinny women so it just depends on what the guy likes, not all guys are the same.
