Where can I find a card with a $500 credit limit who will accept me and not need anything to set up the account?

Thanks!

I'm not asking for opinions, I'm asking for information about what I would like to do.

you'll need to check with CITI BANK and CHASE... but HCBC offers the ORCHARD BANK MASTERCARD that helps you build/re-build your credit... however there is up to a $96 annual fee, unless you are approved for the platinum grade card....

Major credit card issuers like Discover, American Express and Chase offer a credit card for bad credit holders. A 'shopping' card offers you an unsecured line of credit from specific sellers. Use these cards to increase your credit rating, since the credit bureaus will be informed about your timely payments.

Take care to ensure your credit is good by making intelligent credit choices. Keep low balances, do not be extravagant and take care to pay off your balances promptly every month.

STOP WHILE YOU CAN!!

If you have poor credit, getting ANOTHER card is NOT going to help you. The only cards you'll be able to get are high-interest cards, which will just make things worse for you.

You seriously need to think on what you "NEED". Do you "need" a new card, or do you "need" to evaluate your spending?

I don't know your circumstances, but just from this generalization, I'd encourage you NOT to get another debt in you way. If you have no money now, how are you to pay the card?

Credit cards are NOT your answer. You need to budget.

When you say a new card, does that mean you already have credit cards? And are those cards maxed?

You would do better to work on improving your credit score. If you have poor credit, you are paying more for car insurance and limiting potential employers, not to mention paying higher interest.

have u tried any of the "student" credit cards, they are good at building ur credit and generally give you around a $500 limit with the promise of raising it if you are in good standing 3 months after its opened. I signed up for us bank's student visa and its worked out great. i also have a capital one account as well.
