That's Cathay Pacific. You fly San Francisco - Hongkong - Cebu - Hongkong - San Francisco. An even cheaper option would be to fly from San Francisco to Manila and back. In Manila, log on to the Cebu Pacific Air website and avail of their One Peso Fare.
