I want to lose a little weight in my upper body and abs in about three weeks. What's an easy and healthy way to do so?

Eat less, especially refined, sugary foods, fat, any simple carbohydrates. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Eat complex carbohydrates. Walk regularly gradually increasing your speed. I don't think that when you lose weight that it will necessarily come off just your upper body, but what will happen is that you will come down in your weight and your whole body will tighten up.

stop eating sugar and processed carbs. switch to whole grains and eat fruit instead of sweets. exercise your whole body for 30 mins a day and then focus on the target parts for 10. good luck!
