Well, someone just asked me out today and I don't know them at all really. Thsi is how I dealt with it :
He: Do you have a boyfriend?
Me: No.
He: Have you ever had a boyfriend?
Me: No.
He: Could I be your boyfriend?
Now, I was a little shocked because I just met him today.
Me: Well..I just met you..
He: I mean, when we get to know eachother better.
Me: We'll see where it goes.
And after a short awkward silence.
Me: I don't think any less of you so don't feel embarrassed.
You can eleaborate on that if you want to. That's just how I dealt with the situation and it worked fine.

Say thank you and walk away... fast. The person may be innocently trying to convey an emotional connection, love is a broad term. Or they might be a psycho/stalker type. Be careful!

Well...the way I see it, this person only has deep feelings for you...i.e. - he/she has a major crush. I kind of doubt he/she truly LOVES you, as you said you have not gotten to know him/her well, so it should go the same for him/her -- unless he/she is stalking you or something. It's hard to love someone you barely know, because not everything is what they seem to be like at first glance.

Im alway one for liking people for who they are, if I kinda new who they were, Id give her a chance because something more may come out of it.

I wouldn't think they were serious !! And if they were I'd think they had a problem maybe !! Cause they don't know me, so how could they Love me ( If you mean that kind of LOve?) . so I wouldn't believe them at all !! and i'd ignore them too !!
