Try high calorie protein shakes. Just go to GNC, they have tons! Be sure to ask for the high calorie kind, not diet.

yes, There is only one rule to weight gain, eat more calories than you burn. If you want to gain weight eat more than 2000, probably around 2500 to 3000 depending on your body and gender.

Yup, if you eat enough. Calories in > Calories Out = weight gain. Where does that energy go if it doesn't get used?

Yes, you need to burn more calories then you take in. If you eat 1000 calories from fruit, grains, and vegies and only burn 500, you wont lose weight.
