Saturday is really the end of the week Sunday is the begging. Check it out for yourself.
The rest on the 7th day was for man so we don't get overwork 7 days a week without stopping. Most employs would have us work on our days off so God gave us an out. See how nice he is :)

Of course not, in these days with the cost being so high I would say that many people work on Sunday. Views should change with the times.

I work on Sundays, I know that God blessed me with this job also. No you do not deserve to die.

Why?
Sunday wasn't the day of rest. (Sabbath) Saturday was.
Beside that the sabbath was a commandment for the Jews. Christians are not under the Sabbath law or any other Jewish laws like the 10 commandments.

whoever told you that never worked in RETAIL. Sunday is the BUSIEST day of the week in retail, the new fliers come out, new sales begin. Somebody has to be there to serve all those customers, and Blue Laws have been repealed just about everywhere.

You poor thing. To have such guilt over every little thing in your life. If you think you deserve to die, you should consult a mental health professional; you need to boost your self-esteem and stop obsessing over your right to live or die. Stop beating yourself up. It is unhealthy.
