I think a good song would be The Prayer by Josh Groban. I really love that song, and that is what I used for my unity/memorial candle lighting. Good Luck!

Whatever song you pick... make it a short one or a remix of a longer one... you don't need three minutes to light a candle and you will feel awkward up there with nothing to do while a song finishes.
We actually skipped the candle thing because it's a little redundant to light a unity candle at a wedding.
