you might lose some weight in the beginning but all you are gona lose is water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism and then gain regain because you are not gona be able to keep doing it for the rest of your life - you are contributing to the yo-yo cycle!!!
to lose weight (fat) you have to make just a slight caloric deficit.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-500cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Exercise will support accelerate your metabolism with a view to result in higher weight reduction. The extra muscle you construct, the extra effective your frame might be at burning energy. You will not starve your self through consuming much less. Too few energy will reason your frame to enter hunger mode. If that occurs, your frame will begin placing directly to each and every calorie it will probably. You will not pass beneath 1200 energy according to day. For right weight reduction, consume lots of culmination and greens spaced approximately three - four hours aside. Also get your protein in through consuming lean meats comparable to fish, bird, and lean cuts of pork.

One meal??? That will only slow down your metabolism. Eat 5-6 small meals a day to increase your metabolism and get atleast around 1600 calories..dont starve yourself it does NOT work. And exercise.....

i would eat less in the evening, and more in the day. cut out sugars as much as you can from your diet and run alot.

i used to be a cross country runner and believe me, theres a reason why everybody on the team was rail thin.. hahah

and also, the evening is the WORST time to eat, bc your not moving at all. you just sleep and dont burn it.
