my metabolism is very slow and i realy want to loose weight and i feel this is my problem

To increase metabolism you have to eat 5-6 small meals a day, make healthy food choices and drink lots of water. Plus you have to gain muscle - more muscle=faster metabolism

Just exercise and eat healthy. There really is no big secret to getting in shape or having a fast metabolism.

The best way by losing weight is by doing a sport that you like or go to a gymnasium and eat healthy food. These are the only things I know so good luck!
