Richard Sigmund wrote a book called "A Place Called Heaven" where he details the sights that he saw after he died, went to heaven and came back to life 8 hours later. According to him, when you enter Heaven, you are immediately transformed to the appearance you had when you were in your late 20's/early 30's.
Now, there is not a scripture to back this up other than where it says you will be given a glorified body.

Age, time, and physical appearances will have no meaning or importance in Heaven. It is a spiritual realm where physical things and time will not exist.

You won't know until you get there, I wonder about this too, but as long as I am in heaven! We wont care about what we look like then.

Since our bodies and spirit reunite to perfection, my church teaches that you will be the age of your prime. So about 19-21.

The body will not be in Heaven or hell. When we all die the physical body goes back to the dust that we were made from, it will always be that way. It is the soul that will reap the eternal rewards or punishments. Please keep that in mind, so, to answer your question, it won't be possible to ever know.

You will be perfect. Who knows what age that will be. It could be 20, could be 70. We will have to wait and see, but no matter what, you will look perfect.
