No. All it does is clean out your colon and intestines and you should consider doing it only if you have intestinal problems like candida yeast or parasites.

No, they can't help you lose weight, but you lose a lot of water in the process (which is dangerous). All the health claims and all the magical results you're supposed to get is all crap. They're dangerous, expensive, and do nothing for you. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veggie, get lots of exercise- then you'll lose weight.

NO!!!!!! tHOSE DIET PILLS & POWDERS AREN'T WORTH THE CONTAINER THEY COME IN. SOME ARE DANGEROUS.
THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS; GIVE UP SUGAR. I LOST A POUND PER WEEK THAT WAY AND KEPT IT OFF
DID YOU EVER NOTICE THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THOSE DIET PRODUCTS ALWAYS ADVISE A LOW CALORIE DIET AND LOTS OF EXERCISE ?!?!?
