So..."God" made us all supposedly, yet...this omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent Being needs our puny human worship to be satiated, and we have to by "faith" trust in his existence, although this cat hasn't gone a live gig since like Moses parted the Red Sea.

Ok. So we all automatically just "go to hell" because we choose not to believe in something that we cannot see, touch, taste, sense, hear...etc?? C'mon!!! That is totally NOT fair!! I could tell you the Moonlight Troll will damn you all to everlasting rest in a hot cauldron of marshmallow goo when you die if you don't accept him as the Truth. Does that make it real? Even if I had a text that went along with it? Of course not.

Where is the logic in a hell? I'm just really saying, if this loving "god" made us, why is this cat so elusive and clandestine? If he wants his "children" to believe, why not do like a Jeezapalooza once a year or something on the winter solstice? For crying out loud, show me the PROOF.

Haha... yes indeed. Nothing in religion makes any sense.

So you have a problem with Faith? Well It takes more faith to be an Atheist than to be a Christian. And Im sorry to hear that you or no one you know has ever experienced one of Gods amazing miracles... I know I have. My brother is a soldier than got hurt in Iraq. Everybody died except for him and his friend. When he was in the hospital, he flatlined twice. BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD he lived and is on crutches today. God put you on this Earth for a reason , and he has a pla for your life. Its up to you to believe and experience his greatness or to be stubborn and try as hard as you can to not believe. Or are you the kind of person who believes in Darwins theory? Well did you know that in his theory he states that women and people of color are inferior to white men?? Wow... sometimes i wonder how people can take that seriously. Just keep this in mind when you start babbling on about how unreal God is. If you need more " PROOF" just e mail me.... i have a whole list of the great things God has done for me. God Bless. Tara.

Great questions. So look for what would make sense.
It might be possible that "God" does NOT need our puny worship. It could be that most people are so guilt ridden (unconsciously, of course) that they can only feel better about themselves if their "God" OK's their being judgmental by Him being judgmental. Maybe God can't be found outside until looking inside.
A great way to understand more of what you are asking is to ask where pain comes from. It definitely is within me. Perhaps I create all my pain myself- and perhaps other people's pain is about themselves. And maybe happiness only comes from within. Listen to how others blame and credit pain and happiness to things outside themselves as varied as another person to songs to the government to fast food.
I have found that pain and hell is what I create inside of myself by choosing my thoughts, words, and acting out deeds from other than the magnificence inside of myself. The word magnificence could be what people talk about when they say Jesus/ God (magnificence that he modeled/ that is God) is Lord and Savior. If I want to take advantage of another person, I create stress by my thoughts, words, and deeds coming from less than magnificence. Maybe other words like Love, Peace, Oneness, Wholeness, Simplicity, quiet, Regal, resonate more with you.
I think the concept of hell originated with a pope around 1100 AD.
And then again maybe this world is not of God. Maybe there is nothing to loose. Just like a dream.
Row, row, row your boat.....
Nothing to gain or loose. I like that!
And what if God is really just consciousness expressing itself? Manifesting and unmanifesting, Consciousness itself just making and unmaking.
Look inside, own your feelings as your own, use "I" statements which help you own your feelings, and "and" (instead of "but") to create a consciousness of Unity and the use of "yes" which creates a consciousness of Acceptance and say what you want rather than what you don't want creates a consciousness of authenticity and specificity rather than of unknownness and not's.
Then again this maybe just a dream.
Greg, looking for my paddle.

Faith is meaningless if you need proof.
Do you believe in yourself?
Do you need proof that you can accomplish something, or do you rely upon a little bit of faith?

We are not supposed to know everything. Accept that and work with what you do know.

There is no logic in the false "hell fire" doctrine.

This has been asked and answered so many times. Please see this answer that pretty much sums up hell. The answer was given by Champagne:

Does this make better sense to you? Don't believe the hype.

It's not logical, but since when did people need their religious beliefs to be logical? They seem to like beliefs better when they aren't logical and require faith. You will never ever get proof for religious beliefs.

These days, I hear he no longer sends his messengers in the form of human sons to be sacrificed- He sends his messages via UPS, needless to say, they almost never reach their destination. ;]

Look out the window. "All of creation speaks of the existence of God, that no man has excuse". You still don't want to believe? Okay.

And if you don't believe....why get so ruffled over the hell you don't believe in?
