I have been working out every day for about an hour in the gym. I did not loose a gramm. I eat about 1800 and I m exhaused.
My question is, will I loose more weight by doing cardio or shall I increase the weight lifting?
Right now I do 30 min cardio and sometimes a dance class after or I swim.

Site below explains exactly why lifting works better but you should change your diet also. Try the Ninja Warrior Diet. See 4th heading on site below.

you have to do cardio for average of 45min 4-6 times a week to lose weight. you might have gained muscle and lost fat - see how your clothes fit - if they are looser you have lost some fat (i dont even have a scale because its pretty irrelevant)
weight loss is all about calories in vs calories out - spend more than consume and you will lose
also your body needs at least one day a week to recover - dont work out every day!!!
Be patient- good things come slowly.
