I have no idea what I did, but my start menu and task bar are no longer in sight. But there are those cool icons where the taskbar used to be that get bigger when you scroll over to them.
How can I bring my start menu and task bar back? Permanently?

At the Bottom of your desktop , move mouse to blue bar at bottom right click , hit properties , You will see Taskbar & Start Menu Click what you want then click OK them reboot computer you should have them you log back on
