There is an old song that says that breaking up is hard to do.That is so true.It is also very painful..While I understand and sympathize with your current dilemma, there is no foolproof method of getting over an ex or mending your broken heart.Although it might sound like a cliche, only time, support from family and friends, and determination on your part can help you.I assume that there were valid reasons for the breakup and the decision was not an easy one for you to make. However, if you feel that it was a mistake to end it ( and your ex feels the same way), then you guys might aim for a reconciliation and see what happens. Either way, I wish you the best.

Try to get back together with him or eat lots of chocolate watch teeny bopper movies, and cry a lot. Then when I'm all cried out I remember there are millions and billions of men in the world and why waste anymore time crying over a guy, life is too short and I just don't have the time for that!

Nothing you can do babe. You just have to ride the waves until time has healed you enough to move on.
It's really really hard, I know I've been there, more than once. Eventually it will get better.
So sorry you feel so bad right now but it wont last.
I'm sorry I don't have an automatic solution because there is'nt one.

Loves a bummer when it disintegrates.

Go out with some other guy to make him jealous and to let him know what he's missing. Then if you fall for the new guy, you'll get over your ex!

Try.

Ask for lots of hugs from your friends. I know I'm still in high school, but it helped me more than I could possible explain.

Take some pleasure in the little things. Distract yourself. Find a new hobby or passion.

Write him/her a letter, but don't send it. I have enough of them to write a novel.

Find a bounce-back-boy/girl. This works for some people...not everybody. It's what I've been told.

i go out and have fun with my girls, and met some new guys: but if it's not that simple than i just chill at home for a while listen to some sad songs OR happy songs and then later i go out to a club or something and have fun and if i happen to see my ex then i carry a sexy look on face to match the outfit and keep walking or talk on my phone

try focusing your attention on other things. the main reason why people cant get over ex's is cause they sit around the house moping and remeniscing. my advice is to just stay busy.

lots and lots of time with your friends... the beach, the mall, park, arcade, restaurant... anywhere as long as you're with your closest friends..

and working out is the best way to get over someone... just imagine them being the punching bag and hit the bag as hard as you could!!!.. so the next time you see him.. you can knock the heck out of him.. lol
