Many of you know that my daughter needs another kidney transplant. I usually do not ask for prayers for her unless it is critical.

This issue has to do with her job! She has been working and doing dialysis at night. This allows her condition not to interfere with her work; however, she was recently salaried and since, they have been leaning on her to work overtime too...a lot!

Now, understand that they knew her condition when she started working there and agreed that she would be able to make doctor appointments and such. This was NO problem, until she was salaried!

They are putting pressure on her and she thinks they may be trying to provoke her into quitting or, giving her so much work that she cannot accomplish all of her duties.

She is in fact, doing the job of two people! Who among you, will pray with me that they do not take her job from her? She works too hard and it gives her more of a reason to get up and keep going!

I thank you, in advance, for your prayers.

Absolutely I will pray with you for your daughter and I urge everyone who reads this to join in prayer with us. My son is also on dialysis 3 days per week. He is currently unemployed and his medical problems have hindered him from getting work so I know exactly how you feel. He lives in an area that has been very hard hit by economic woes and tremendous unemployment (Detroit area). He was just recently put on a 3 state list to receive a kidney from a donor because the dialysis isn't working for him. You might ask why I don't get tested and donate a kidney to him if I am a match. I also have a kidney problem although not a serious one. My kidneys manufacture stones (I have a large one right now) so I can not be considered as a possible donor. I pray that things work out for your daughter not only as far as her job difficulties but also her health problems. Please keep my son (Mike) in your prayers also. GOD bless you both.

I will pray with you that she is not kept out of a job, but it really seems like with her health problems she may be doing to much. So how about I pray that God's will is done for her and that whatever path He wants her to go on will be made open for her. I will also pray for healing for her body, sounds like she needs it too. Be blessed and that goes for you both

I will pray for your daughter. I too have a daughter in need of prayer. When you read this the prayer will already have been sent up!! God Bless!! I'll pray that they keep their word to her when they hired her, and perhaps lessen her duties and be more compassionate and helpful towards her, that is after all their duty!!!! Under God it is anyway!! Love Maria

Yes, of course. Your daughter will be prayed for before I end my day.

May I also take the liberty of suggesting that her physician get involved, limiting her work load etc? My mother had similar problems and her doctor was a great aid to her in this.

Yes, it would be an honor to pray for your precious girl.

Father, we lift up this lady and her daughter. In your word it says that by Christ's stripes we are healed. We claim this healing for gailee's daughter and we are standing on your word. Father we also thank you that you are opening doors that no man can close for her at work. We thank you that you are giving her favor with her bosses and they see the need for her to cut back on the amount of work they are giving her. Father, we thank you that you can make better opportunities available for her and we thank you that you are giving her and her mother a peace that surpasses all understanding. We thank you that you are walking with them and blessing them. In Jesus' holy name.......amen!

May the Lord bless you and your lovely daughter! How wonderful it is for her to have a mother like you who believes in prayer!

I will, dear sister. And I will pray for her healing also. Oh, I cannot imagine how this breaks your heart.

My mother has told me so often that having a child is like taking your heart out of you and having it walk around as another person for the rest of your life. I know you must hurt so much for her!

Remember that:

The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Count me in. So many people prayed for me during my husband's operation today, and he came through it well. I thank everyone.

Positive vibes, prayers or whatever you want to call it... works! I hope that if you daughter is on a transplant list, her name comes up soon. My prayers are with you, her and your family.

Remember most of all the prayer is "May Thy Will BE Done." Mercy IS in the Will. Your daughter has to put #1 as #1 and to her own self BE true. Bless you and Bless your daughter and Bless all that is Beloved to you. PEACE!

Gracious Heavenly Father we humbly come to your throne and lift up this daughter to you. We ask you Lord to intervene in her situation. She needs some relief. Lord I ask that you will provide the new kidney that she needs and that you would meet all her needs. I don't know all her needs, physical or spiritual but I know that you do. Bless her in the work place. Soften her employers hearts towards her so that they will ease up on her. Bless this mother who is concerned for her daughter and give them both your peace that passes understanding. May all these things work together for your glory and in Christ's name we ask it. Amen.
