Uh, it could be hemorrhoids or an anal fissure because you've strained. In any event you need to see a doctor as soon as you can. Good luck.

Besides the other answers, I would also evaluate my diet. You probably need more fiber in your diet. Eat and drink more vegetables and fruit. Try eating oatmeal for breakfast. Drink lots of water! You are probably not getting the right nutrients that your body needs with your current diet. Try changing the way you eat, and incorporating more whole grains instead of white processed foods and ingredients into your diet. Like having brown rice instead of white, whole grain pasta instead of regular, and whole grain bread instead of white. Wheat is good, but does not taste or is nutritionally best as whole grain is. By changing a few things, you will feel better and have more energy. I would go see a doctor to get an overall checkup including blood tests, and see where you are as far as your physical well being is. Good luck!

It could be from not drinking enough water. Your poop may be too hard. Try drinking more water! I have the same problem sometimes!

GET TO A DR!!!!! You should not have any blood inyour stools{poop}, that is a serious sign of illness which is too big to go away on its own.
