You call the number on the back of your card, and they'll tell you the website to look at.

Look on your insurance card - there should be a web address, probably on the back of the card, like in NY it's www.empireblue.com and follow the prompts for members. You'll probably have to register on the site with your member number but it will provide possibly the most comprehensive info about your specific plan.

Do a search for the Blue Cross in your state. On their website you will find a complete outline of benefits for your plan. Or, you may wish to mention what state you live in and I will post a link to the information you request.
