I don't know...that's a hard question, since I'm not a man. BUT, it depends on where you live. It's sad to say but I think people from Central America, also have a hard time. They are noticebly different in appearance, and have difficulty with English. People are sometimes outright rude to people that are new to the country. Think about being a muslim woman that wants to wear a hijab (scarf). Life isn't easy. It isn't easy being green. There are white people, that scare the rest of society; perhaps because of they are dirty or poor looking. It's a tough question. I've received treatment, (in Louis Vuitton here in Manhattan in Soho) that I found downright paranoid, where the security guard took the item I was looking at and put it away, in fear I was going to steal it...although he followed every movement I made throughout the store.. I did report the incident to the BBB...So, things like this happen.. People are still very dumb and do very dumb things as result. It's a hard reality to be in the minority and there are bad misconceptions out there, that make life miserable at times. When you feel like you have been singled out, it's good to tell the management, and then the Better Business Bureau, then the media, and ultimately a lawyer if you have good evidence.

Well first of all I feel all black people get a bum rap in today's society. I have worked in management for years and have seen (fired) some pretty crued employees. There is no excuse for this and all americans should have an inter-group relations class made mandatory at a high school level. Maybe then they can learn some respect for the different cultures this country has to offer. ALSO, I would rather wait on a beauty- challenged individual than someone who is just plain ugly. Remember ugly is as ugly does. Beauty comes from the inside out.

No, I don't think so, not from what I've seen.

However, I'm not racist but I work on a shoe department, and all the black girls that try on shoes are so rude compaired to white people, It's got to the point where I see them coming and get somebody else to serve them because they're so rude.

But men are different, Black men are so polite, and oh so sexy!

I do dread serving black girls only because they all seem to be so rude, however, I'm still polite to them until they start getting nasty.

If you're a nice person, don't stand for getting bad service, ask the person weather they have a problem. Don't put up with it!

If you see yourself as unattractive, then you'll project it and so the girls will think the same way. You'll scare them away.

I think it is unattractive people in general and not limited to skin color. I've noticed this from observation, however Ive never experienced it myself as I am unbelievably good looking and all the women want to wait on me right away.
