Yes there is an up flush toilet. Not cheap it has a pump to move the waste water up to drain level. You can connect the sink to it also.

My son just had this done to his house. Keep in mind local housing codes will vary. A good local plumber will know what you can and can't do. The ejector pit, pump and new sewer line ( just in the floor in basement for a short run) was about $4,500.00. This included making the pit by jack hammering the cement floor out. This was in the Chicago area and possibly plumbers in you area will be less expensive. This is a job best left to professionals and may require permits and inspections.

Good Luck.

anything can be done, but at what cost.what you need is an ejector pit, that catches all the waste and then pumps it up to the main waste line. this is done by breaking the concrete in the area where the toilet will be placed installing drain es for everything you care to have sink tub or shower and toilet running them to the pit.don;t forget to dig deep enough to allow for stone-under the pipes.if the idea of breaking concrete doesn't scare you the price of the pump may. good luck
