First, you've got to learn what reason is. Then learn how to reason.

My suggestion would be to read Summa Theologica by Thomas Aquinas. I know, some people will say that the average person will barely be able to wade through that, it's so dense and esoteric. But my reason for referring you to it is that it will give you an idea what reason is all about, and how to do it right.

He starts with the most basic and obvious propositions. These are things that seem so obvious you would not think they need proving. But Aquinas will not take anything for granted: he insists on establishing each step thoroughly before moving on to the next.

Another good thing to read is the Dialogues of Socrates. Again, it might seem funny to refer a beginner to Socrates, but to me it's a good idea at least to get your feet wet with the best, so that you will be inspired to learn more.

If you read some of these two and get the itch to learn more, you'll be well on your way.

Through worship, it is the obligation of God's creation to give to Him all honor, praise, adoration, and glory due Him because He is the holy and divine creator. Worship is to be given to God only (Exodus 20:3; Matt. 4:10). Jesus, being God in flesh (John 1:1,14 ; Col. 2:9), was worshipped (Matt. 2:2,11; 14:33; John 9:35-38; Heb. 1:6).

You can't because reason is one of the most relative,
swaying things on planet earth - even more than
religion - it's actually why religion is varied - it's really because of reasoning this way or that way based on
what one thinks is right!

Self-refruting.

That is not to say it is totally useless, though.

Reason without purpose is absoluetly nothing at all!

Is this the opposite of a "purpose driven life"?

First you need to define what is reason? Is reason atheism? Is it reason to assume everything is an accident? Or is reason faith? You must decide what is reason before you can be driven by it.
