The USA, 70% of Moslem countries, a few of the splinters of the USSR, half of the countries in Africa... and a few other assorted countries around the world. And the French have bad teeth and the Dutch make cheese.
The USA is the most dangerous looney-bin... 85%+ of the adult population has no critical thinking skills.
