Burning the skin off the roof of your mouth with microwaved molten cheese can be a very spiritual experience. To answer your question, yes. They are a highly concentrated source of sodium a little bigger than a hockey puck. On top of that, they have little or no nutritional value. They tend to taste like cardboard with its fake cheese and fake sauce. Microwaved pizzas are evil in nature.

Some single serving-sized pizzas can be microwaved (at least the ones that I've seen). I've seen instructions for microwaving on the packaging.

I think it says somewhere in the book of Revelation that there will be oven baked pizzas and microwaved pizzas.
