Fruit pies are best frozen unbaked, so you can enjoy a fresh baked pie when needed. But you can also freeze fruit pies already baked. Pecan pie should be baked and then frozen because the karo/corn syrup filling would just make your crust soggy and spill all over. Don't freeze a meringue pie - it'll just collapse. I freeze cookies and bars every time I bake. I put about a dozen into each ziplock bag. They're not as good as fresh baked, but as good as day old and they don't take hardly any time to thaw. Sometimes I don't get a bag out until dinner time and they're ready for dessert.

Absolutely - my mom always makes WAY too many cookies, bars, etc. around the holidays and we end up having tons in the freezer for months without any problems. Make sure you seal them in an airtight, or close to airtight, container. When you are ready to eat them, either take them out and let them the thaw - or put them in the microwave for a bit and they'll be all warm and gooey!

frozen raw, that way you can pop it in the oven and have a hot pie. Just make sure to watch out for freezer burn!
