Im applying as the pilot role in the fleet air arms seconding to observer or warfare officer if i cant get pilot. Any ideas of what kind of things i should be revising for my interview. Ive passed the aptitude with flying colors just gotta pass this interview selection any advice would be great.

They are going to ask you general questions to see if you can think on your feet, express yourself in a cogent manner and can speak to issues other than being a future Naval aviator. One tip I can give you. Never use the word "pilot" in that interview. Pilots steer ships in and out of port and through certain waterways like the Panama Canal. The Navy has aviators.

Its not a hard interview to pass, mine was pretty informal actually. Just make sure you're clean Shaved, have a decent hair cut, you should wear a suit, just make sure you have a good overall appearance. Don't slouch, look them in the eye when you answer their questions, have a firm hand grip and all that stuff. They ask you why you want to be a naval officer, the biggest thing you need to portray is your motivated, and willing to handle any challeges you'll have in your career.

Be yourself. If you're not what they want, you won't be happy in that position anyway.
