A lot of animals are lactose intolerant, including dogs. Of course with all mammals, there is the exception of drinking mother's milk when a baby, but that's it. Humans only recently evolved the ability to digest milk, which is why there are still a lot of people that are lactose intolerant.
A little may not hurt your dog too bad, but they aren't made to drink milk like we do.

Milk is ok, unless your dog is lactose intolarent, but be prepared to clean up some mud instead of rocks,

Don't give your pet any homagenized milk,as not good for dogs.

No i don't because they get lose bowel movements most dogs are lactose intolerant so they can get sick or a upset stomach, my dogs don't need that they can find that in they're food a good dog food will have everything your dog needs.

No, it will cause diarrhea...dogs are lactose intolerant. But every now and then I give it to my dog as a little treat!
