there is no one size for everyone who is the same height - it depends on your body type and frame.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-500cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Don't look at a specific size-you will know which one is right for you when you get there.

Since you mention healthy, remember to lose the weight slowly so that you don't get saggy skin and that you will still get enough nutrients along the way.

Try focusing on activity and physical exercise more then the diet end of it, and you will find that getting there will be easier.

Try to eat wholesome meals with 100% whole grains, fresh fruit and veggies, non-fat dairy and lean meats. If you have an urge to cave in to a craving--do it-but only eat half of what you normally would eat of the treat. This way you can still treat yourself once in a while without getting frustrated at yourself.

Take it slow and easy and you'll get there before you know it.
