What is in my nose?

I have sever post nasal drip. I cough stuff out alot. It has black flecks in it. Is it mold or fungus? How do I treat it?

your question is "what is in my nose" If you cough stuff out, it comes out of your lungs, not your nose.
If you sneeze, or blow your nose, then it could be anything, even dust or smoke particles from a campfire.
you should go see a doctor anyway.
