You need to link life experience with qualifications needed for the job. So your experience might be making costumes for your kids or teaching your kids dances or experience with disipline or experience establishing complicated daily routines or budgeting or whatever you know that might apply to cheerleading.
There are many examples of resumes on the internet. Google resumes or maybe resumes homemaker.

info about your own cheerleading experience or coaching experience
be creative and list stay at home mother with all of your duties with it. surely some of that experience can transfer to coaching.

At home mother, you have plenty of experience!! It is a matter of how you sell yourself. I am a mother of three my-self.
