There are tons of females who have noticeable dark facial hair. When it comes to mustaches on a girl, do you guys care?

I have some and I'm dark-haired so it's noticeable, without a doubt. They're not thick hairs, though. I think of taking it off sometime, but I think a guy shouldn't care about that kinda stuff.

So, what's the deal?

We're mammals, so of course we all have some hair on our faces (and everywhere else, whether or not we like to admit it).

However, moustaches generally are not considered very feminine or attractive. It's so easy (and really not painful) to wax it right off. You can get pre-waxed strips that you just warm up in your hands, press on the hair, and pull off. Voila! No more moustache and no more worrying about it.

Dark or lite, if it's noticeable, you should take care of it. You could either lighten it, wax it or trim it. The choices are endless.

As my Mom has gotten older, she's grown a mustache and it is un-attractive. I have tired little hints to get her to take care of it, like giving her little goody bags with wax, facial trimmers, and tweezers, but to no avail. I think I'm going to have to take her to the salon and have it waxed while I'm sitting on her lap.

Although, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it shouldn't matter to anyone but you and you alone.....

Good Luck. Live Life to the Fullest and Enjoy Every Minute Of It.....

You are right. Guys are superficial and just go for looks. But, if you want a guy to like you, you need to appeal to him.
I'm sorry, but most guys aren't looking for women with mustaches. Men go for looks- it's an unfortunate fact of life. Nobody ever said life was perfect or fair.
That said, everyone has physical flaws and it's easy to concentrate on our own physical flaws. Other people may not notice as much as you do. Don't worry about being perfect- be comfortable with yourself.
Best wishes.

You might as well ask if some guys mind a woman who does not shave her legs or underarms. Some don't mind, but I would guess that most do. Some women seem to be embarrassed or in denial about facial hair, but why is it any different than shaving anything else? You say a guy should not care about that kind of stuff, but try not shaving anything at all for a while...neither of you would probably like that very much.

yes all girls get upper lip hair. its a really annoying fact! l;uckly i dont have it too bad but i do have it and like you i am very self-concsious about it. i would say it really does matter but only because of my personal standards that i set for myself, ex. every strand of hair in its place, no smudged or faded make-up.....it can be kind of tiring

Its sort of a maintenance thing. If its noticeable its often best and most attractive to get it waxed (do not shave it). Its sort of a feminine thing. Would it bother a guy if you didnt shave your legs - probably.
