You remind me of a friend in school I know same weight and same height ( Ironic). No in my opinion that is not healthy I suggest gaining about 10- 15 pounds even more. A healthy weight is anywhere from 120 -about 160, Please gain weight eat everything and anything. Hope I answered your question.

To me, it sounds like you are under weight althought it might have to do with your frame size and muscle. Do a search on the the internet for BMI calculator (Body Mass Index) . You could/should also talk to your doctor.

98 lbs!!!! Honey you need to put on some weight... this is way to skinny for a 5' 7" person!!!! Very unhealthy!
