All answered correctly: letter A-gastrointestinal.

Rectal suppositories when given rectally are absorbed via gastrointestinal route which then can exert a local or systemic action.

The lower veins surrounding the colon and the rectum enter connects directly to the inferior vena cava and bypassing the liver thus a quick systemic effect can be achieved if the rectal suppository is placed properly in the lower rectum. While the upper vein around the colon and rectum connects with the portal veins leading to the liver thus rectal suppositories placed deeper above the rectum may have a lessened or delayed effect.

A drug that can be absorbed from the colon most likely would be completely absorbed in the small intestine before reaching colon thus producing good local effects.
