It seems unlikely that Jews believe the Watchtower Society to be infallible, since even Jehovah's Witnesses themselves do not believe that !
Jehovah's Witnesses look to the bible as their only significant authority, and no true Jehovah's Witness could ever be convinced to disobey or disrespect God's Word.
Jehovah's Witnesses do use various legal and corporate entities with names similar to "Watchtower Society". Neither these nor any other human entities are believed to be infallible.

I think you mean Jehovah's Witnesses. They do not think the Watchtower Society is infallible.

I think it's the Jehovah Witnesses who are connected to Watchtower and not Jews. Isn't it the name of their magazine?

They do not currently hold the Watchtower and Morning Star faith, but it is said they will alter their doctrine to include this in the close future.

Honestly, I am a Jew, by DNA, and one of Jehovah's Witnesses by faith. I can plainly tell you I of course don't think the WB&TS is infallible. Sorry if you were misinformed.

Ignorance. Plain and simple. Most people involved with these types of religions have a certain degree of brainwashing that goes on. And BTW, its not the Jews its the Jehovah's Witnesses.
