I took my car to the dealer for servicing and was given a rental, on the way home i run a intersection and i think i saw a flash, so what i need to know is am i clear since that isnt my car but enterprises? or when enterprise receives camera ticket by mail they see the date and track it to me and i get caught and need to pay? anybody? thanks.

They will bill you for the ticket if they are sent one and it shows the date of your rental. Read the full rental contract. Most all contracts state all tickets/infractions must be covered by the renter/driver. Any additional coverage like the LDW or Liability or other extra coverage do NOT cover tickets. Just think of it this way, if you borrowed a friends car and a cop gave you a speeding ticket, you (the driver) get the ticket. The same hold true in this situation...sorry.

The ticket is still your responsibility even though the car was not yours. Enterprise may forward the ticket to you or they may contact the police and give them your information.

No, the ticket will be sent to the garage, they will have a written record of the time,date you picked up the auto and this will be enough proof to have the ticket redirected back to you.

i guarantee you are going to pay the ticket there is no way they are going to give up 300 hundred bucks for your conveyancing.Sorry bro but youll remember me told ya so.Ha

Amd yes they will track it to you cause of the date time and car..Ha and i suggest going to traffic school cause it a point on your linces if you dont
