I'm looking for an energy drink that will help me stay awake(not give me a rush of adrenaline!) without a huge crash.
I want something that tastes good too. Thanks!

Here is a site that sells the healthiest and tastiest energy drinks you can ever find. It is called XS and they come in several different versions including soda. My two favorite soda versions are root beer and dark cherry cola. They have tons of B vitamins and no suger, no carbs, and only 8 calories! Best part is you don't get an energy crash. They even have ones with no caffeine and you still get a great energy boost. My three other favorites are the green tea, khave, and double khave. http://eanderson10.qhealthbeauty.com/ click on the diet and fitness section.

Crystal Light has a new drink called Energy it is strawberry flavored and you can buy it but the bottle at Quiktrip but they also sell it in four packs or in those on the go packets that you add to bottled water. They are only 5 calories, its sugar free, and it doesn't leave you feeling jittery. Plus it uses B vitamins and natural caffeine unlike most energy drinks.

I have found the best energy drink is one called XS. It tasts fantastic, it's all B vitamins so it keeps you awake without the big crash from sugar. With 8 calories and no sugar I just about live on the stuff.
If you're interested, let me know because I know they aren't sold in the stores.

Red Bull and those other drinks are high in sugars. They'll just give you an insulin spike. Go for healthy foods eaten all day. Try the kashi cereal. Just munch on that. It's low GI, so it'll make you feel fuller longer. Have 6 small meals a day, and try having oatmeal for breakfast (if you don't already).

I agree with the girl who said XS. I use it and don't crash at all and I find it effective even when coffee doesn't work. As for the taste, it's the only energy drink that I really enjoy. My favorites are the black cherry cola and the tropical. You can buy it online at www.jewel.mychoices.biz

I really like the yellow Vitamin Water--I think it's called "Energy." Sometimes I drink it instead of coffee--it has natural caffeine in it, so it helps in the awake dept. but doesn't overload you with the urge to rip off your shirt and become the Incredible Hulk.

Love Rev Up. Natural ingredients. Works well for me. Tastes good (but not like the ones with shovels of sugar in them). Check out the link!
