"Green is Satan's favorite color, typified by copper, Satan's favorite metal because it is bright and shiny on the surface, while soft and corruptible inside. When subjected to the outside elements, it turns green; therefore, copper has been the favorite metal of occultists the world over, because it is the favorite color of their god, Lucifer."

Wow, can't argue with that logic.

Although more importantly: how does the Christian who wrote that know Satan's favorite metal? Is there a Bible verse some where I'm missing?

Good grief...
Green is the color of Bonsai Trees and Satan hates Bonsai trees...That is my rebuttal...busted!...(whoever stated such).
Here are a few biblical references to the color Green,(which is by the way,my favorite color):
What John saw at the heavenly throne:
"And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald"
Sounds like God has taken a fancy to the color green as well.
rest - Psalm 23:2
life - Isaiah 15:6, Psalm 23:2, Ezekiel 17:24, Luke 23:31
growth - Ezekiel 17:24
fruitful - Jeremiah 11:16; 17:8, Hosea 14:8, Luke 23:31
fresh / undefiled - Song of Solomon 1:16, Luke 23:31
maturity - Job 15:31-32
frailty - Psalm 37:2
(((BEANO)))..i forgot about the talking trees in the "Wizard of OZ", also....I may need to re-think this.LOL "Well, how would you like to have someone come along and pick something off of you?
Dorothy is surprised and astonished by the talking tree with a deep voice: "I keep forgetting I'm not in Kansas"
"What do you mean my apples are rotten..my apples aren't good enough for you'? Those were some evil green trees...and HOW!!

I don't know if its in Quran but Muslims believes that the favorite color of Allah is green. Its strange to see so many reference to the color green in movies, like oz, green lantern, hulk, matrix also green day, all the obnoxious odor is represented in green. I got really curious about this color. The way I think, green is not a godly color, there is must be more to this.
OH yeah! oz is actually 101 in side ways and the cut that we put between the zero is the reptilian eye. So figures!

For a second I thought this question was about Santa's favorite color, and I was like "He doesn't choose between red and green!!"
Yeah, so, the real question here is this: How do we know Satan's green is the same as my green or your green? What if the color I perceive as green is actually your yellow?
And if Satan's green is my yellow, is yellow the evil color, or is it only a matter of perception?

Oh NOOOOOO! I am a Christian and my favorite color is green, but I guess most of the colors have some hidden evil meaning. Is white acceptable? Surely white is good. I have to go. I have evil gemstones in my house, and I am going to Home Depot to get white paint. Oh, dear! WAAA! Do I have to get rid of my house plants, too? Bobbie, did you find a loophole yet?

I am not surprised because a few years back I had this dream in which I saw green all over Lucifer and his throne.

I wouldn't completely dismiss it, either.
In addition, JK Rowling sure as hell does know alot about the occult/witchcraft.
I wouldn't put anything past it. Absinthe is "green" and is supposed to release the moral predilections...Anything's probable.
