I need to lose about 100 pounds. It is so very hard. I think I need an appetite suppressant. Anyone know of any good appetite suppresseant or diet pills out there?

you dont need any pills - all they will do is mess up your metabolism and since you are not gona take them for the rest of your life you are most likely gona gain it all back
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Any answer to your problem that does not involve a conscious change in your attitudes toward personal exercise and your eating habits will be an ultimate failure. Diets and pills only work in the short run and can be life threatening. You must realize that the habits you now have are a part of the reason that you are where you are. First change your mind as to how you think about food and exercise. Then change your eating habits. Then get out there and actually DO something that will cause you to EXERCISE. It sounds so easy because it all comes down to 2 things.DIET and EXERCISE are the 2 things that will cause the changes you hope for.Make a commitment to yourself that you will START NOW! Start now,,,use what you have,,,do what you can. The most difficult thing in any LIFE CHANGING activity is simply to START the changes. Try to face the fact that this will NOT be EASY,,,,and there are no magic solutions. Your first excuse for not starting now will be,,,"I need help". Ultimately it all comes back to YOU. You must decide to do this thing ALONE. Take help of any kind that you can get,but be careful with the exercise,diet, and any pills or magic drinks. The idea is to stay ALIVE both during and after the weight loss. THIS WILL NOT BE EASY!!!!!!!!!!! You simply must be strong. The weakness of your will power is what got you in this place.

I can say about how I lost my weight in little time.... You can eat all, but not many and every 3 hours. And if you want you can do a little sport exercises... but only good eat ( as I say before.. ) helps you lost weight... It's all without pills.. and your helth will be better

u don't need to lose weight to look good because u r perfect the way u r. If u really wanna lose weight, all u have to do is eat healthier foods, control your portion size, and walk 20 - 30 minutes every day.

instead of sitting and reading listen to books on tape as you walk clean or garden
