ok, so im super confused, theres this guy at work, who i think likes me,but im not too sure. at days hes always teasing me, and to make me jealous he tells he how he was talking to "hot babes" al day. when he sees that i get mad or ignore him, he replies, "im just kidding u kno that ur the only girl i like". but that thing he, he flirts, teases me, calls me names, and its hard for me to know if he's serious. i made fun of him, and he replied, "u kno u think im cute'. so, wats the deal ,does he like me? why hasnt he asked me out yet. (i usually flirt back, or call im names, we're very immature).

tell him you have a boyfriend the next time he say im just jokin..... and watch his facial expression if he's floored by it u got em. tease him about hows he such a chicken that he won't ask you out and see what he does then. if those don't work move on to someone who is more mature

Guy's sometimes mention other women to another woman as a strategy to see if that person is interested. If you like him and you really want to date him, what you should do is take luch with him (wait a minute, I'll explain). I don't know if you work in a big city or not, go to lunch where there is a lot of people traffic, i.e. women. If his attention is only on you and he doesn't focus on other beautiful women around him, then he likes you. A man who is attracted to a woman, want look at another beautiful woman around you even if he wants to.
If you have his attention and he doesn't look at other women, then he most likely likes you and all that other stuff you mentioned is just a front to get some attention. If he does look at other women then you have one of two problems or both: (1) He doesn't like you, and (2) If he is interested in you and you start a relationship, he'll continue to look at other women when he's out with you.

First of all he sounds immature and gays as the young lady already said....lol But I just think that he flirts with you because he knows he can get you not because he really likes you or anything. I feel that guys who come out their face and say slick things like "you know you think I'm cute" just want to see you say yea I do or yea you are.....I dont know about this one hunny. Try to change up on him. Be serious for a while and see what he does then.

There's interest, but he's not necessarily serious. I would actually recommend you not get involved with this guy for the simple reason that you work with him. Your relationship with this guy could jeopardize both of your jobs.
