It is the organic soluble extract from grape seed. The grape seed oils are removed and separated form the seed using organic solvents, and removal of that solvent yields the oily residue or extract from the seed....this is done to obtain essential oils from other seeds such as peach or apricot. The extract then may undergo further treatment before entering a product.
