I like working in a small knit environment,where I am working with the same few people.
I try to avoid fast paced jobs that involve working with alot of people.

I think a dynamic environment that fosters creativity and self fulfillment is best. I want to work in a place where I feel that my contribution is actually important and that my ideas are valued.
I also like to able to get intelligent feedback.

you're spot on. Heck whilst i grew to become a instructor i could get recommended how fortunate i grew to become to have summer time destroy (that I taught summer time college for the duration of) and that we did not do some thing. Now that I paintings in corporation I see how 12 hour days with 6 as we talk away hours of training (with out time to flow to the showering room or eat) have been homicide. Now i'm getting to do little for greater funds.

Regardless the money
Small firm = less people, more integrity with colleagues and staff, more flexibility, more creativity but extra work.
Large Firms = more people. less integrity with colleague and staff, No flexibility, less work, no creativity. That's mean, BORING!
For me, I prefer Small Firm, because I can come late, check my msn and myspace, do what ever I want to do within limits, without being reported in the top head news as the case in the large firms.
