It's pretty much the same as it was in the other Excel versions. Just enter your data in.

The layout however of Excel 2007 is quite a bit different from the old versions. I think once a person gets used to it that it is easier to use than the old versions.

Here's what I'd recommend that you do since you are having trouble with Excel 2007. There's a book series out called Plain & Simple that is published by Microsoft. It is very simple to read and understand and helps explain the layout changes very well with good color screenshots and diagrams. Get the Plain & Simple book for Excel 2007. It will help you understand how it works much better.

I like the redesign of Excel 2007, but like with anything that you are used to when it gets drastically redesigned as far as the layout a person tends to get lost or confused. I like it because it is easier to access commands. No pulling down multiple menus or looking dialog boxes like there once was. Most of the commands are accessible within one click.

Columns A & B, Rows 1 thru 44. Ignore the rest. Go to View->Page Break Preview and drag the blue boxes in to that area so the print area is just A1:B44. Go back to View->Normal. Input data.

How complex is that?
