No, but I was born in Syracuse Ny, look in all the public records from surrounding towns also. I located my Uncle, by doing a town to town public records search. It took me 2 years.

Go to the Oswego and ask the libriarian, she/he may know your family. Go to church on Sunday's and ask everyone at church if they know your family.
