Try a hot water bottle on your aches, turn the a/c off, wear some clothes when your at work, and when you get home call me and I can come over and work the rest of your aches out.

There are many ways. Apart from any of these ways, it's better to do yoga. Practice it daily for more than half an hour between 5.30 and 7 AM. After completing yoga you should do Pranayama.
In Nature Cure, Complete body massage followed by hot water bath is preferred. In Ayurveda, Abhyangam is better. Kerala Panchakarma treatment is also good for whole body ache.
Physiotherapy is also better for whole body ache. Choose a right type and move.
