He Can't Becuase of law. If he turns 18 and Want to have Something more wth the 13 year old. IT woludn't Seems rite, Besides They have the whole Future Ahead of them. Well If they wait im sure if would work out..

yeah- I dated a 17 year old when I was fourteen-- i dont see the difference.
