If the file is a streaming video, meaning you watch it on the Internet within Internet Explorer, then it is already deleted from your PC. To prevent people from copying the streaming video, it is downloaded in little segments, played, and then immediately deleted before the next segment is downloaded.

If the item is "downloaded" so that it stays on your computer, it is normally in the IE temporary folders. Those can be cleared by clicking on Tools then Internet Options in IE, and clicking on the "Delete Files" buttons.

A final option is that the file might have been put on your computer as a permanent file. You can do a "Search" from the Start button for " *.wmv " That will show you all the video (wmv) files anywhere on your computer. You can tehn delete any you do not want to remain on the computer.
