If someone asked you "tell me something interesting about you" what would you say?

I have no cartilage in the tip of my nose. Seriously! OK, slightly push the tip of your nose in towards your face. It's hard from the cartilage, right? You can feel it. When you push the tip of my nose, it goes straight in and you don't feel a thing! I don't know what holds my nose in an upright position, but I know there isn't any cartilage there!

I've almost died 7 times

1.rolled out of a car into oncoming traffic
2.chased down the street of Stockton,CA by a man in a van and his buddy with the crow bar
3.nearly fell off the side of a trail leading to the top of a waterfall, legs dangling over and me gripping another person's legs
4.had a bear try to get into my tent while camping
5. nearly choked on a piece of sausage that rolled off a slice of pizza at my first bite and lodged itself in my throat while i was home alone. I soooo was not gonna be found dead that way!!!!
6. was hung up on by 911 when housing sitting with a friend and someone tried breaking in. It was in the country and the family had a lock mailbox so we never got the mail and didn't know the address we were staying at. The dispatcher thought we were lying and told us that, "hope the police find you in time" then hung up. (the people trying to break in weren't caught, but they did leave when the police got their. We could hear them whistling signals to eachother from inside.)
7. nearly killed when an old lady ran her red light (red for at least a full minute) when I was approaching and going through my green lighted intersection.

oh yeah and I had a stalker for 2 years that I called my "friend" because I never knew who he was, but he'd call my friends house looking for me and stand outside my window at night watching. It ended when I moved out of state. It wasn't that scary because there was no physical contact just freaky weird stuff.

I work for a politician... a real person in power. That is not what is interesting about me. What I know and hear all day long is what's interesting and what I find hilarious about this is that I can't tell you any of it!

It depends - if it's someone I want to get to know I'll open up with my hobbies/interests etc.

If it's a jerk or other awful person I will politely say something like Oh, I don't lead an interesting life - but thanks for asking.

If it's a REAL jerk or other AWFUL person - I'll politely smile and turn away.

If it's a TOTAL REAL JERK or AWFUL HORRID TWIT I'll look at them blankly and say, I don't know you, I don't want to know you and I don't want to be around you. Please go away.

I'd say I used to take the question do you see the glass half full and half empty literally and complain 'well they're just both the same! What a stupid question!' not seeing the subtle metaphor for what it was. But this is in the music section...
