Does anybody know how to backup all emails from Mozilla Thunderbird??

Hi there! I am desperate on knowing how to backup all my emails from the Mozilla Thunderbird pro gramme. I am changing computers and I would like to keep all this important information as a backup. Can anybody help me with this?
