Zombie Jesus does raise some important questions.

Oh, I see. You're indirectly challenging the histrocity of the resurrection by highlighting the absurdity of the myth of zombies and likening it to the account in the gospels.

Hillarious... Well maybe not, since no one's typed LOL in response to your question yet. Even so, most the time when people type LOL they're not REALLY laughing out loud. Unique non-question though.

EDIT: Oh well, I guess some DO think it's funny. Humor, I guess, is in the eye of the beholder.

Really, it depends on the amount of decomposition that took place before he arose. There shouldn't have been too much if the conditions were cool and dry, but most likely the cave his body was placed in was damp and full of little critters.

I suspect it was more "...rrrrrraaaaaiiiinnnnnn......" provided only his lips and tongue (soft tissue) decayed first. But then again, he spoke Aramaic, and I don't know what "brains" translates into.

Since you seem to be Biblically-challenged, I looked up Jesus' first words after He rose from the grave for you:

Matt. 28:10 -- Then Jesus said to them, Do not be alarmed and afraid; go and tell My brethren to go into Galilee, and there they will see Me.

Sad, lonely, and pathetic mortal. You know nothing of divinity, and thus you think every human soul is confined to an eternity of earth and bones. I'll pray for you. God bless.

what is it with you people?? why do you find the need to bash religion, ESPECIALLY Christianity?! If you don't believe Jesus is Christ, fine, your loss but don't go out making offensive remarks about it? sometimes you guys (atheists or non christians) make it seem as though you revolve around Christianity because of how much you criticize it..

but no worries, you'll regret all this in the end

I don't think I have ever seen a Zombie film where the Zombies say "Brains". Due to lack of evidence I will say that when Jesus rose from the dead all he did was do that zombie moan that zombies do.

Since his brain would have been dead, his words should have been meaningless gurgles and groans... I doubt brain-dead zombies could even still form the word "brains"... as their own brains aren't doing the research anymore.
