Put her dry food in a bowl and add boiling water. Let sit until absorbed and puffed up and cooled down and then take a spoon and fluff it up.
She will probably eat it and then after a few days try the dry food again.
The point is to get her to accept the taste first and see it won't hurt her and then go back to it dry.
You can also try feeding her the dry food one piece at a time by hand like you would a treat.
If all else fails feed rice and fully cooked and browned hamburg that is grease free.
She could also have cut or bruised her throat and needs time to heal from this and I know if I had a bruised throat I wouldn't want to eat any hard foods either.

There are bowls out there designed to slow down a dog's speed of eating. I use one for my dog. These workwith some dogs and not with others. If that does not work, you will just have to put small amounts of the food in the bowl at a time. Fortunately, a tiny dog should not need alot.

First of all you need to see if her throat is hurt. Maybe that is why she isn't eating it might be scratch from choking. No dog will starve them-self so she will eat when she is ready. You didn't say what kind she choke on. If it was hard you may want to switch to soft for a while, but leave the hard down for her.

I feel sorry for ANYTHING that chokes!
but, Just leave her be and don't show her how anxious you are.
I doubt she hurt herself but I am sure she is wary I would be too. She will begin nibbling soon. be patient and let her take her own steps in her own time.
she will be fine :)
